If you’re like me then the only way to get some relief is at the pool or beach, but that means you need a banging body. Good thing I found the perfect workout to get you into great bikini/Speedo shape.
75 pound Thruster, 30 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
75 pound Thruster, 20 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents
75 pound Thruster, 10 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
Remember to warm up before you WOD and always walk it out and stretch when you’re done. Trust me when I tell you that your quads, hamstrings, glutes, abs, shoulders, back and biceps will punish you the next day but once you’re done you’ll be one step closer to becoming a bikini diva .
