THE ORACLE OF MAYOCK ISSUES HIS PRE-SEASON BCS CHAMPION PICKS

predicting the futureBy Rock Mayock 9:00 a.m. |  The old adage that unwanted degenerates turn up like bad pennies has proven to be true. If you recall The Oracle of Mayock was unceremoniously thrown out on his ass by the FOOTBALLPHDS after an atrocious streak of losses throughout the 2011 college football season. Apparently the only thing The Oracle successfully won last year was the favor of our resident HR Manager, Rochelle M, because he has managed to weasel his way back into the fold.

Undeterred by his previous year setbacks, The Oracle has issued assurance that he has refined his wagering strategy and is now prepared to deliver a winning 2012 season. As a demonstration of good faith The Oracle has produced a short list of BCS Championship Odds favorites. On this list The Oracle has detailed which odds he loves and which ones he would not touch with a 10 foot pole.

The Oracle would like to remind our wonderful readers that all BCS Championship Odds futures come courtesy of our friends at www.oddsshark.com.

Only time will tell if Rochelle’s faith in The Oracle was misplaced.

  1. Coventional wisdom is that you never bet the pre-season favorite. Stay away from USC like they are the fat chick at prom. You gotta love the odds on Oklahoma. Good QB, shitty conference and the Stoops brothers are reunited Peaches and Herb style.

  2. ND is 28:1 odds. Not bad for a long shot.
