COUSIN FELIPE RECAPS E3 2012
By Felipe Trinidad 1:00 a.m. | I want to thank Cousin DoubleTap for getting me passes to this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo, or as everyone else calls it, E3. The reason why E3 is so cool is because I get to see all of the new video games that are coming out. Cousin DoubleTap sending me to E3 is way better than Cousin Rock getting me tickets to Comic-Con last year or Cousin Jaboner sending me to fat camp three summers ago. Screw you Cousins Rock and Jaboner.
DoubleTap told me to make notes for the wonderful readers and stuff but I don’t think he really cares as long as I don’t make trouble for my mom. She is already stressed because she keeps talking about being late. I don’t know what she’s late for because it’s not like she’s working or anything. Sometimes she’s acts all crazy like her cholesterol is too high. I don’t know.
It was kind of sucky that XBox and Playstation didn’t have new consoles on display. Oh well, I liked the new Nintendo. These are the things I liked at E3:
Nintendo Wii U was awesome. It used this crazy Game Boy 3DS/Xbox controller hybrid. The best looking game was Zombie U. I hope Cousin DoubleTap buys me one for Christmas!
BioWare created a new expansion pack for Star Wars: The Old Republic and it looked awesome. I can’t wait to Bit Torrent it!
Medal of Honor WarFighter looked incredible. Can’t wait.

Madden 13 looked good too. Real time physics will make the games more realistic. No more 100 yard TD runs because you know how to juke at the line.

Microsoft announced their tablet yesterday. Does anyone care? Apple owns the tablet market. Good luck playing catch up with Apple, HP and Samsung. Another bad bet by MS. Their tablet is going to be another Zune.

Neil, couldn’t agree more. If the tablet was worth anything it would have been announced at CES or E3 as a viable gaming platform. It’s bigger and heavier than an iPad or Galaxy tablet. The point of the tablet is a light and mobile entertainment platform. This one will be DOA.
